He designed enterprise AI operating models for organizations at massive scale — and learned what actually works versus what looks good in a board deck.
Bears & Mosquitoes introduces the Trusted Living Agent Framework (TLAF) — a practical, plain-language approach to AI trust built for business leaders, not engineers. The central metaphor: while organizations spent years defending against the obvious threats (the bears), the real risks crept in quietly (the mosquitoes) — shadow AI, hallucinated decisions, agents making calls nobody approved.
